Animals, plants, and nature have always been integral parts of my life, ever since I was a child. My life has fully encompassed nature, whether immersing myself in the outdoors, learning about and connecting with plants and animals, or spending hours expressing my love of nature through art and writing. To this day, this remains unchanged. I am drawn not only to the scientific wonder of nature but also to its magical aspects. My path and way of life are truly ones of magic and wonder, embracing the gifts nature provides for healing, if only we return to a deeper connection with the lands around us.

My journey has included struggles with health from a very young age, and I naturally found solace, nourishment, and healing from nature and animals. I was innately drawn to herbal wisdom and began my journey with the Scottish School of Herbal Medicine back in 2002.

I embarked on energy healing modalities, starting with Reiki in 2000 and completing Master Teacher Level in 2004, along with Sound Healing, Crystal Healing and dedicated practice and training in various energy healing modalities. I practiced and studied Mediumship, attending psychic development circles and completing certification. In 2013, I became a Holistic Animal Healing Practitioner and Intuitive Animal Communicator, having a deep heart connection and sensitivity for animals. I incorporate flower therapy into my practices, combining my love of both animals and plants, as a qualified flower psychometrist and flower and vibrational essence practitioner. Ultimately, my journey and practices are rooted in the connection with nature around me, continually learning from it and immersing myself in the outdoors.

My herbalism journey continues, studying with the School of Evolutionary Herbalism with Sajah Popham since 2019 and being part of their amazing community, along with training in animal herbalism. I will never stop learning from the animals and plants. I hold a certificate in Alchemical Herbalism of the Western Tradition of Medical Astrology and Alchemy, and I am a certified Clinical Vitalist Herbal Practitioner. I am also an Equine and Canine Herbalist in Zoopharmacognosy.

I live in the South West of Scotland, striving to live in harmony with nature and lead a simple life in stewardship of the earth, being a caretaker of the pocket of land that my partner and I “own,” ensuring the health and safety of all flora and fauna. We have horses, dogs, cats, rabbits, and chickens, along with many resident wild animals, including red squirrels, foxes, badgers, hedgehogs, deer, rabbits, ravens, red kites, and buzzards, all sacred and part of the Wild at Heart Wellness family.
